NFTfi allows users to mortgage their NFTs in exchange for other cryptocurrencies that can then be sold for cash. The service provides immediate liquidity to NFT holders who aren’t yet ready to part with their CryptoPunks, Bored Apes etc.

Why?
As the NFT market grows and new collectors become more active in this market,  they’ll seek new ways to leverage their assets through collateralized lending, fractionalized assets, and much more.

NFT's are usually hard to use in a productive manner. They cannot easily be lent out or generate any yields.
