Happy Sunday!

Here is a recap of everything we published this week.

1. Cloudflare saves a crypto platform from one of the largest DDoS attacks.

Cloudflare Blocks Massive HTTPS DDoS Attack on Crypto Platform. A DDoS attack floods a server, service, or network with enough traffic to cause it to go down, leaving it unusable for users. DDoS assaults have become more common in recent years, relying on compromised computer systems, or bots, to flood a target with traffic. Because the traffic does not originate from a single IP address or geographic location, they are more challenging to detect.

2. Otherside metaverse mint generates $561M within 24 hours

Yuga Labs had been working to create its own metaverse space and thereby attempting to transform BAYC into something that is indisputably more conventional than a collection of expensive JPEGs.

They publicly announced the project at the end of March, with a mysterious clip for what appears to be a 3D gaming/metaverse enhancement, along with the message, "See you on the other side in April." shortly after ApeCoin went live.

3. Solana was down for the 7th time, read on to know why

The scalability of public blockchains has recently been a major topic of debate. It has always been a major concern for those involved in the blockchain community. As the technology is becoming more mainstream, networks are rapidly filling up with millions of users.

4. Hawaii State Senate approves Task Force to regulate crypto

Today, the Hawaii State Senate approved bill SB2695, which establishes a blockchain and cryptocurrency task force, co-signed by Donovan Dela Cruz, Chair of the Senate Committee on Ways and Means and Rosalyn "Roz" Baker, Chair of the Senate Commerce, Consumer Protection, and Health Committee.

5. Starbucks is now Non Fungible - what makes NFTs irresistible for brands

Branding activity is critical for a business to make memorable impressions and make itself the better choice. Digital marketing has made things much better for brands, and it can be accessed easily through platforms such as Facebook or Instagram ads. Just when everyone thought that was the limit of possibilities, the NFT era was born.

The NFT fever has spread like wildfire around the world, influencing the marketing sector as any new trend should, except NFTs aren't just a passing trend; they're here to stay.
