Apple wants a bite of the metaverse, plans to debut a virtual reality device. The question is - whether the interest in the futuristic, immersive digital world is fading.
imagine apple completes the whole ecosystem. apple has a very good product sticky proposition with most stuff they roll out. they have done them things before - iPod, iPad. whether the virtual reality play will work depends on whole lot of other things. given the space and how things have been, I won’t bet on them but i won’t bet against them as well. my money will stay in me pocket, perhaps waiting for the right play at the right time.
